We are actually two people, Liz and Frog.  We’ve been married over 20 years and have lived in both Frederick city and Frederick county since January 1989.

We now live on 11 acres in the woods of southern Frederick County with two teenage daughters, 2 goats, 2 dogs and one cat.

We love everything about both Frederick city and Frederick County and are thrilled to be asked to contribute to FredNet!

    Liz and Frog, do you have “regular” goats or do you have mini-goats? I know a guy who is debating about getting some mini-goats, and I have been trying to help him get information about how they are as pets from people who already own some.

    We have full-strength goats: French Alpine & Boer. Both whethers, with big horns. We just have them as pets and they’re very handy with brush control.

    Hi…did a google search for MD carnival schedule and came across your website. It’s great! Although I don’t live in Fred Cnty any longer….I’m just a stone’s throw away.

    I did notice on the carnival schedule, that you didn’t have Thurmont’s on there.

    I’ve posted and replied on a couple of occasions.
    Forgive me if I have overstepped here-but; I wanted to get the word out that my kid has entered the BLOGOSPHERE (http://geekinplaid.wordpress.com), and I’ve suggested he read and learn from your site(s) as well as Guy’s short fat kid site.
    I will be monitoring his site (for safety reasons) but any help or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated..

    Hi, I saw your comment regarding the David Letterman show. Try http://www.youtube.com and search David Letterman. I’m not sure if this episode clip of his “Top 10″ is out there yet but, if it’s not I’m sure it will be soon. As most of them are uploaded to youtube, particularly anything on George Bush!

    For those of us with small children- we are finally getting a Gymboree! It is opening in the Westview shopping center. The sign went up this week.
